Americans are voting on all 435 House seats and control of the Senate in these midterm elections. But the way this campaign has played out, you’d think there was only one name on the ballot: Donald J. Trump.
Which is pretty much how he wants it.
If there’s no blue tsunami … if Democrats win the House but barely … if they fail to take the Senate … Mr. Trump will declare victory. And for a change, his definition of victory may bear some resemblance to reality.
