Telling me you care about unity, financial security, growth, the freedoms guaranteed under the Constitution, and world peace grabs me. Now tell me (and I’ve not heard a platform that makes sense yet) how you will foster these values and get us back on a track of civility, cohesiveness, visions shared and attained, and world wide respect. But don’t do it by belittling the orange man or burning things down or mass applauded name calling and civil unrest. Allowing looting to let off steam? Please. Arrest and prosecute. It’s the law.
Bernie, we are lost on all fronts and, I believe, the first soul that comes up with something enticing other than more of the same is going to win my attention. But I also know and have a hard time believing any party has the common sense to come up with a plan that is truly all inclusive.
As long as we continue to strive to ferret out and label every damn cultural difference, skin color, orientation, belief and cause, the further away we get from the cohesiveness that once made us truly great.
Real men don't vote for anyone in the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party will never be a voice for men, their values do not align with the values of a real man. The Democratic Party does not understand the difference between a male and a man.
I would emphasize “White Christian Straight” Men are the ones who the Dems have a special contempt for. However many Black and Latino (NOT LatinX) men are now seen as contemptible by the Marxist wing of the Democrat party because many of these gentlemen who are law-abiding citizens often share the same values that those contemptible straight white Christian guys do!
I was wanting to incl. Bernie; I believe he is Jewish. It's really the 'attitude' the Dems have issues with. The non- liberal progressive types- that attitude they sneer at.
