You guys are saying the quiet part out loud and I have tremendous respect for that. You guys may be painted as villains by some, but the truth matters more than twitter trolls.

Bernie on fire today! Thanks for saying the hard truth on Cincinatti. That there may be "fallout" for you speaking the truth speaks volumes.

In Minneapolis, a woman looked out her window and saw several people hijacking her car and called 911. The 911 operator asked for a description of the perpetrators and she reported I can't see them clearly, but they are black. The 911 operator said she cannot put that down as a description. They actually loaded the car on a flatbed truck and drove off.

Bernie, I love that you still have your sense of humour , and well put to good usage. Your keen insight I appreciate.

I doubt anyone will really know the full truth of how this came to be. The events that lead to a such fight are usually only known by a few people. But once a commotion is created, joiners typically have no idea what started it but almost always divide by race.

Bernie's Cincinnati comment particularly apropos given Erin Burnett's "possibly white" comment about the perp (who is obviously not white). Also I find the Cincy Police Chief calling the encounter a "brawl" is disgusting. This was clearly an assault. Perp now out on bond. WTF.

You guys did pretty good.

BERNIE, a president that becomes with health issues should be known to the public. The Democrats with hell that information and the press supported that position. If that’s not wrong, what is?

To be clear, Bernie's not saying it's right (he's condemned the situation many times). He's saying he doesn't think it needs a congressional investigation, which will undoubtedly be a partisan one.

I think you guys were indirectly agreeing on that point. You said you had concerns it could turn into a partisan clown show, and Bernie seemed to assume it absolutely would be, and therefore it had no value.

I suppose. I guess I'm just willing to extend the benefit of the doubt.

The January 6 committee was not a clown-show, even though the GOP leadership assured it was partisan.

The difference today though is the current GOP members of the House are jellyfish. Any investigation will only serve to support a pre-determined conclusion - which in this case would be to portray Biden as 100% mentally incompetent at all times, and assign the absolute worst possible motives to his inner circle.

I read the Jake Tapper book, and I think it offers a fair assessment - which is that Biden absolutely had serious, sustained cognitive issues that demonstrated that he was not up to the job of POTUS. And his inner circle actively covered it up, made excuses, attacked those who asked questions, and/or simply believed what they wanted to believe.
