Any chance of an autographed copy of "Crazies to the Left of me, Wimps to the Right, stuck in the middle with you?" Bernie. It changed things for me and my view of the world big time. Awesome chat!
I think foremost to Skydance are these questions you 2 smart guys probably have a better read on what answers are most appealing to them. Could Bari Weiss and/or Megyn Kelly help CBS become a better broadly credible news source? Could either help their ratings go up? What is more important, ratings or broad-based credibility and integrity? Is it even possible anymore to have both? IMHO, having more voices is counterproductive if they're present to feed contention.
The liberal news media controls the major news markets. They audit the news and give their perspective of it. This is so unfair. What happened to the fairness doctrine?
I look at it from the democrat versus republican fairness doctrine. The president of the United States represents his party leadership. when late night TV host’s cut down the president, he is cutting down the party that he represents.
It was rightly abolished in 1987 under the Reagan administration, because it violated First Amendment rights.

Virtually every show on Fox News enjoys more viewers than the late-night network shows. Is that unfair to you? Should the government move to do something about that?
Thank you for the shout out to me, Sir John And, Sir Bernie! You both earn the good citizens of the week award in the empire!
His Utmost Excellency, The Emperor, has spoken !
