I can't decide if Tucker Carlson really believes his own antisemitic crap (and his guests) or if he is just seeking attention. Either way, it's destructive and why are we not hearing from Republicans on this? When liberals say these things and give support to those who do, the Republicans are all over it. I recently listened to Megan Kelly interview Tucker Carlson and then about a day later interview Ben Shipiro. She really soft balled the Tucker Carlson interview which really surprised me. Normally, she would be her usual angry yelling self, dropping F bombs left and right. What led her to play so soft and nice with Tucker? What's going on here?
Here’s what makes no sense to me—-while there have always been extremist fringe-dwellers, they were pretty much relegated to the embarrassing wing of the foolish ideologues on both sides. I know very little about Tucker Carlson personally but I do know the he once had a successful show in FOX News after O’Reilly left. I do not recall Carlson ever promoting such ridiculous and false nonsense on his show on the few times that I watched it. Is this something he was never able to do at a network and now he’s showing his true colors? Or is he simply some medicine show Carnival Barker trying to stay relevant and show how edgy he is by giving Credence to Cretins? Seriously—-what changed?
Tucker had been saying bat-shit crazy stuff on his Fox News show for a very long time. He peddled lies, anti-American sentiment, Russian propaganda, and insane conspiracy garbage on a nightly basis. I wrote about it numerous times. The network did nothing about it until the Dominion lawsuit compelled them to revisit the relationship. You're right that the antisemitic stuff came later, after Fox... though it was the natural progression of where Tucker was headed. That's why I don't buy the "What happened to Tucker?" stuff a lot of people have latched onto. That question, in earnest, should have been asked -- and asked loudly -- years earlier, when he first went in this direction. But people on the Right were afraid of Tucker, and having Tucker come after them on his platform. That didn't end until a few months ago, when Trump threw Tucker under the bus on something, which gave others on the right a permission-slip to call him out.
Now, it seems Tucker's trying to get as much attention and build as much controversy as possible, in order to remain an influential figure on the political right. There are also credible accusations that he's even been taking money from foreign interests, including Qatar, to push this crap. That wouldn't surprise me one bit.
If he’s taking bribes from foreign interests —-then I hope is taken down and punished for it! It would be rather amusing if a FOX News reporter took him down
I am Johnny Pao and I am MAGA and I reject this bullshit! PS: great line about "wading through the swamps of online bigotry" ... hats off to your writers
I'm curious why you think Trump has stayed out of this. Shouldn't he be loudly rejecting this growing antisemitism within the political right, like we called on Democrats to do after the October 7 attacks?

Bad company corrupts good morals.
Not all prostitute's sell their bodies, and not all snake oil comes out of a bottle!
