DC - the number one hot real estate region. Whose bread they eat is whose song they sing. To save ourselves, move all federal agencies out of DC and relocate to other parts of the country. Zoom, Skype replaces the need to be located in one area.

DC is a club, and you’re not in it...

It was good. I believe this is one of the many factors wrong in Washington today. Legal corruption. These politicians' family members work stuffing envelopes, consulting, lobbying, and a number of other areas and make millions. Hunter Biden is the top dog of this corruption ladder, but it is across all parties. I know people who fundraise for candidates and the money they make is sickening.

Washington used to be a humble city according to John Stossel. Now it has some of the most expensive real estate in the world and the most luxury car dealerships per capita as well. The days of asking what you can do for your country is dead. I'm sure there's a few good ones. We had a very honest good conservative from our district but was out spent by the Phillips liquor money.

Just to add I'm glad you had this session. It would be great if the MSM would focus on the money machine Washington has become.

Tim, you keep hammering away at this. How has Hunter been mixed up in Washington corruption. As far as I can tell, Hunter and his uncle concocted a money-making scheme where they'd bandy about Joe Biden's name to open a cash spigot. There's even indication that Hunter may have manipulated his Father. Family is obviously of utmost importance to President Biden, and he loves Hunter and the rest very much.

If by "Washington corruption" you mean suing Joe Biden's prestige and contacts acquired during his time in DC, you're obviously correct.

At this point, we don't know if President Biden had any knowing or purposeful involvement in Hunter's schemes.

If you're referring to all the millions President Biden made when he was out of office, I guess that's your opinion. I don't consider it corruption - legal or otherwise - to capitalize on your prior public service on the speech circuit or raking in book royalties. It doesn't look good, and perhaps there should be a law curbing such money making, but I don't consider it corrupt.

I don't believe Bob that I have ever stated what Hunter did was illegal or that the president did anything illegal. I'm stating that Hunter is at the top of the food chain when it comes to exploiting money based upon relationships and positions in Washington. To me that's corruption and I believe it is throughout Washington. But personally, I find it very hard to believe that Joe was oblivious to what was going on. That's my opinion. If an ex-president or other politician makes money on speeches, books, etc., I have no problem with that.

There is a new bill being considered below. There have been several articles over the past few years by reputable news organizations of congress members not reporting their stock trades that is required by law.
